The Barns at Cooper Molera form a collection of historic agricultural structures arranged around a landscaped courtyard, offering a flexible setting for weddings, receptions, and outdoor gatherings. UMI Spaces developed detailed digital models of both the interior barns and surrounding exterior spaces to support layout planning, circulation studies, and event configuration.

The interactive environment allows planners and venue teams to evaluate indoor–outdoor relationships, guest flow, and furnishing arrangements remotely, enabling confident planning while preserving the character and operational requirements of this heritage site.
