Toklas Bakery is a light-filled dining and event space defined by generous glazing, warm timber detailing, and a calm, contemporary interior character. UMI Spaces developed a precise digital model of the venue to support layout planning, seating configuration, and circulation testing prior to on-site installation.

The interactive environment allows event and hospitality teams to evaluate capacity, furnishing arrangements, and service flow remotely, enabling efficient preparation while maintaining the spatial and operational requirements of this central London venue.
